Daniel Levy apparently told the #Spurs fan forum he ignores criticism because he has a thick skin. Ignoring constructive criticism doesn’t make you smart, it makes you a fool. But his stance fits my experience of dealing with him for 10 years. And should explain a lot.

Hard to see where an owner focused on making Spurs a winning team will come from, although there are obvious commercial benefits to making a winning brand. This mob play the percentages, so the risk always trumps the opportunity. So much for daring and doing.

2/2 Add this to an arrogance, hubris and utter lack of empathy or basic decency when dealing with people and you have a good idea of why this club is so dysfunctional. And why no buyers are stepping forward.
