Well I've finally beaten Cult of the Lamb! In the interest of continuing the trend of being a malevolent cult leader, I naturally chose to spare Narinder and force him to be my personal bitch. As such, I've named him Narinder-kun, given him the maid dress and a moon amulet. He now serves me 24/7.
