Yup, I’m watching hundreds of tiny shitty apartments go up in my neighbourhood… according to the plans some won’t even get much natural light!
Isn’t this also in part due to watering down of standards meaning long thin apartments which only have natural light at one end are permissible (handy given this also allows developers to cram more in to the space)? I’m trying to remember
