TV series are routinely cancelled after one season or sometimes less. TCG cards lose relevance and value within a year or two. Online games lose their playerbases quickly unless they're big hits, and sometimes lose support entirely. "End of service" didn't used to be a thing. Everything's FOMO now.

I’m just sooooo tired… I found out about the brand new detco tcg and by the time I ordered any there were preorders for the third set… i wasnt super late to the news either afaik
