For my first post on this incredible website, here's something a bit stupid that I wrote earlier.

Today, I wanted to bake a lemon pie. It’s not easy for someone like me, always lost in my thoughts. Last time I tried, I found myself in an endless store. The time before that, I ended up in a sea of hands. Sometimes I can walk there for hours and end up sore. Honestly, this sort of thing doesn’t really bother me because in the end, I still get to enjoy my lemon pie. Depending on the kind of dream I have, the taste of the pie changes slightly. The one from the endless store tasted like fresh cardboard, while the one from when I was fighting flower men in suits had this strange flavor of loneliness. I’ve never altered the recipe, and I probably never will. My lemon pie will remain the lemon pie that takes me somewhere else. Don’t go thinking I put drugs or some silly thing like that in it. Actually, I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who feels this way. The pie will seem perfectly ordinary to you, and that’s just as well. It’s the one time where, if I want to dance with the rain, the rain will dance with me. Lemon is sour. That’s why I love it. If everything were sweet, life would be far less fun, wouldn’t it? In fact, I’ve tried making apple pie before. I had the worst dreams of my life. Yet, I tried several times, but no one wanted to dance with me this time. Not even the rain. The apple pie takes me somewhere too, but there’s no rain tapping on the window of the dilapidated bus, no ants trying to climb up on me in the peacock park, and no ominous shadow at the end of the hexagonal corridor. And worst of all, the white megastructure didn’t even exist in the world of apples. Sometimes I dream of a world where there’s only lemon pies. Lemon pies everywhere, as far as the eye can see. A world where, even awake, I could dance with the rain, and it would dance with me.
