This is something for a smart watch not a smart band, isn't it? I think that the Garmin Fenix have all of this (not sure about offline music, but it has music). I had the Fenix and it was amazing, I switched to an apple watch and the battery life is awful.

IMO those are basic sport features: - built-in GPS for running (who runs with their phone?) - good battery life (who wants to charge every day?) - offline music (long workouts with background music, since you don't carry a phone)
