Threads sucks because it rewards Instagram influencers who were able to just import their already large following & the algorithm just promotes the hell out of their high engagement posts but as everyone is finding out, Instagram influencers just aren’t good posters. they don’t have the sickness.
They're called influencers? I've been calling them crap all this time. Oops.
Bluesky really needs to open up to everyone soon or they are gonna lose to Meta tho. Might already be too late.
Insta sending me notifications when someone I know has joined Threads, and it feels like someone breakimg into my house to use the bathroom.
im not super impressed they managed to turn 2 billion instagram users into 50 million thread tryers
It also needs more features that like every other platform had, DMs, explore, and a following only tab.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the idea of anyone thinking that an entirely random feed of people you don't follow, like, or respect is what anyone really wanted out of a micro-blogging platform. Other than brands and Instagram influencers.
