Agreed. And rockabilly is really vulnerable guitar work; no pedals, just you, your guitar and (probably) a Fender amp. No room for mistakes.

Brian likes a little fast slapback echo, but other than that it's generally just his Gretsch and Fender Bassman. With the echo, any mistakes will be heard twice!
