No idea what the context here is but yeah, excellent points
Yes, it does seem a somewhat implausible hypothesis.
Could you clarify what you mean with "taking money"? As in, being bribed? Or like, getting research funded?
Retraction note is now available. It does not paint a rosy picture. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
But were you able to install it / dependencies / packages? :P I would love Python a whole bunch more if I could ever run it.
This is wild.
In other science reform implosion news, the contested article including OSF & Data Colada authors on how preregistration & other rigor-enhanching practices led to high observed replicability (the one that couldn't produce its own preregistration) was just retracted www.nature.com/articles/s41...
Four labs discovered and replicated 16 novel findings with practices such as preregistration, large sample sizes and replication fidelity. Their findings suggest that with best practices, high replica...
Sadly this is not even true :(
Swift response with cool data attached 🏆💙
Cool, thanks. This is pretty much what I do--love the GitHub release -> Zenodo connection. I just don't like the aesthetics of 3 different platforms... btw OSF does not ever pull anything from GH. You need to create a "registration" to archive the GH content on OSF.
This. @andrew.heiss.phd do you also archive the GitHub repo on OSF somehow? I've used the registration method before but it is incredibly clunky.
