I'll have you know if you check the unicode identity of the Ļ it is in fact a capital letter digamma and not an F.
It's nice that the law still means something in some countries.
TL;DR: De Gruyter Brill is giving us an opt out option if we haven't already signed away our rights to AI exploitation in our existing contracts. So, I guess that's something at least.
