[UPDATED] The Biden administration has decided to add a new nuclear gravity bomb to the US arsenal. The bomb will be known as the B61-13.
Correct on no new silos, but upgrades to all 450 on a *very* ambitious schedule (1 silo upgrade per week for 9 years straight). A good chunk of the cost goes to operations and sustainment as well (if I remember correctly, much more than the cost of the actual missile acquisition).

As we have been documenting over the past year, evidence is mounting that the USAF nuclear mission may return to the UK. In addition to the "potential surety mission," budget docs also included the UK in a list of nuclear storage upgrades, confirmed with satellite imagery.
