I canāt express how much it bums me out each time I am confronted with how bad Google search has gotten. It used to make me feel like the Internet was infinite and full of possibility. Now it just reminds me that late stage capitalism will steal all our joy and kill us all.
I sure you can. One good thing about most people having children older is that it puts their parents in a better position to be able to retire and travel easier. I know plenty of people who retired JUST so they could provide childcare for their grandkids.

Itās why getting a new card was more exciting than getting a new issue. Each one was an huge expansion of the story I was cultivating. Itās also why now that Iām old I canāt stand to part with my old box of cards.
Thatās basically how I started my comic journey. Read a few random issues with no context and then would get the trading cards and make my own teams that I could dream up cool stories/battles for.
Excellent point. When I was young I could never understand why so many people who āmade it outā of my hometown moved home once they had kids. Now that Iām older and understand more about what a true luxury good childcare is it makes complete sense.
