I guess I should learn python
Yesterday I began a new play-by-post game using Cairn 2E ( @yochaigal.bsky.social ). Our first adventure is Black Wyrm of Brandonsford. So far the players are mostly just posting a bunch of in character dialogue. I think I love pbp.
Whoa, Lazarus made some foundry maps for Ghost Ship, my adventure from Dissident Whispers. gm-lazarus.itch.io/ghost-ship-m...www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/3...
Ghost Ship is now available as a Foundry VTT module! In addition to maps, the module includes fog of war layer, walls, and functional doors, with separate versions for sound-enabled and silent doors.....
Sounds cool. Really love that reveal. TBH Iām not really concerned with doing OSR via PBP, I just have a backlog of OSR adventures that I want to run and PBP seems like a way to add more game to my life. Iām sure what we end up doing will be both stupid and fun. The perfect combination.
Also, amazing twist.
What system are you using? Iām working on starting a pbp game to do some OSR/door D&D but that style seems a little tricky with pbp. Are you doing OSR stuff or playing something more narrative/story driven?
Thatās a Magic Item for sure.
