The BBC news is beyond disappointing in so many ways
This is not surprising. BBC News will give equal airtime to a person understanding the shape of the planet and to a crazy flat-earther, and justify their non-sense on the basis of “equal airtime and balanced news”! This is why I have stopped listening to their channels.
I think it’s their usual bending over backwards to be “impartial”. But in doing so they equate calling out “immigrants are eating dogs” with calling out “we have record xxxx” when actually the record was set in 2019 so it’s only the 2nd highest xxxx (or whatever!)
