I think its mostly cause the funny monkey hasn't been around for *awhile*. The only really memorable design from his gear that I remember is that the dual blades are pompoms and they're kinda cute.

Unfortunately Capcom has to bring back the poo-ass monsters (in this case, literally) as well as the cool ones lmao
