I hear you! FWIW, I am trying to collect filings from the courts as they weigh in on their take on the cases to make it easier for researchers to understand what's going on: scholarblogs.emory.edu/proflawrence...

Grateful to share my review, Prohibition Constitutionalism, is forthcoming in Constitutional Commentary. I discuss and try to build on Pozen's great Constitution of the War on Drugs in tracing the interaction of constitution law, health law, and crim. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....

I’m thinking about whether or not to stay on Twitter. The problem of how individuals should relate to flawed institutions comes up a LOT. Participate and fight from within? “Clean my hands” by refusing to? Any insights or suggested reading on this broader topic?

Happy to share that my article, <Super-Groups: Legal Empowerment and "Public Law"> is forthcoming in the Indiana Law Journal. On SSRN here: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.... "Super-Groups" is all about how we can address agency "capture" by targeting the captors.

Over the years I've made a checklist for writing law review introductions. Just my two cents but I've been told it can be helpful. Stuff insiders know that's hard for outsiders to learn. Now sharing for accessibility's sake, please feel free to pass on: scholarblogs.emory.edu/proflawrence...
