Freaking SAME. Even as a freelancer, Fall is still always the start of busy season. But it was impossible when FT as well. Idk, maybe ppl who still manage to do art as a hobby despite it being work are able to just do it constantly & don't get tired? No idea. #Repostober for me xD
LOL -- too true! There are SO many or these challenges. I can't even keep up on them all, let alone do any of them. There was a time when I had more time and energy. Now I devote any extra time to my own projects to move things forward. I'm keep being tempted though.
Working full time in a non artistic job + being an artist = Aaaaahhhhh
Ultimate Mood
I've always dreamed of doing a full month of drawings for inktober or an equivalent...have yet to pull it off. I think the longest I've gone was 8 to 13 days? Other projects take precedence or the 9-5 kicks my ass haha
Yeah I'm not doing that shit for free *lol*
Unfortunately I don’t have a job, so I have a lot of free time 🥲 but I usually do this challenge just with lineart and flat colours or just sketched painting. It’s insane to do a full render painting everyday 😂 some people did the illustration before, it’s obviously!
Every. Single. Time.
Every year I tell myself "I'm going to do the inktober thing", and every year I'm so emotionally unprepared that I procrastinate it untill it's to late.
"Working full time" as anything tbh 😭 Made myself a weekly prompt list instead
