NHS head Simon Stevens will call on the government to give more money to the NHS in a speech on Wednesday.

To be fair if the reform was "ditch the whole internal market crap" that would probably help. Seems unlikely the briefcase wankers will want rid of the "stealth" privatisation

The author of this report was on the radio this morning saying that neither more funding nor more staff could help, only reform. Topsy turvy.
