SPOILERS AHOY! Some that people don't seem to have shouted about yet are Thinking Fast & Slow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow etc. Rob was almost right with Catcher. It is actually the other one, To Kill A Mockingbird. No idea what bottom middle is. Looks like a Fiona Apple album cover.
