Had eye surgery for posterior vitreous detachment. Prior laser surgery did not hold. I now have a gas bubble in and have to be face down for 45 minutes of every hour. Definitely find creative ways to sleep.
I am hoping this is the last time I have to sit behind this machine. Laser retina surgery is definitely uncomfortable and sometimes painful.
Twice in the last 5 months I had to have retina surgery I'm the same eye. After being released last week to return to normal activities; today I had symptoms in my other eye. Now I have to wait 4 days to see the specialist again, and I can't do anything until then.
