I felt like I was shouting this into a void when it happened to my friend. It was so fast and so complete that it was almost impossible to find real information on services, memorials etc.

A dear friend and former professor died last week, and within days almost all of the articles about them are corrupted links attached to AI generated posts. It's an extra cruel cherry on top of an already devastating loss.

i’m sorry for your loss. the confusion/misinformation element must be so frustrating.

This is a problem with gigantic implications. Awful
