It just shouldn't be mixed with cantaloupe, which has a much stronger taste and wipes out the honeydew. Plus, the honeydew in those mixes never tastes RIPE.

Yeah the real issue is it's usually only like half-ripe, but whatever. I'll still eat it. It deserves it's place!!
