Actually, I think that `ls` should count as the default Linux file explorer, since it's in POSIX and all and thus effectively the default any other part of Linux can count on being available.

I found that there was a default file browser according to my distro, and then I found #Dolphin ....

If we're counting Midnight Commander I think I have 4 file explorers on my main workstation lol
