Literally just had this issue, i had to repair a pair of jeans 3 times and then they busted irreparably within 9 months, i'm rotted over it. Meanwhile I still have other stuff thats like 15 years old. It's mind-boggling

They have a excellent reputation for such a terrible product. They don't last, especially if you put anything hot in it
