To do: schedule dentist, schedule PT, schedule pedicure, schedule acupuncture, pick up new meds, find therapist that takes insurance. Already scheduled: haircut, labs. Completed: PCP, mammogram. This whole catching up after focusing on your kid's wellness and an aging parent is A LOT.

After three weeks of waiting, the tech is here to fix our dishwasher (under warranty). Did you know that dishwashers have a filter and you have to keep it clean? Also, am I sure I didn't dump anything in there that I shouldn't have? Patience with men: reset to zero.
NPR is interviewing Newt Gingrich. I clicked onto the radio just in time to hear him tell David Remnick that he thinks we need a president with Andrew Jackson energy. I don't know if Remnick pushed back because I temporarily lost consciousness. And that is enough news for today.
