TUC Congress has passed a motion calling on the government to make sure migrant workers do not suffer the consequences of sponsor licence revocations. In May we reported that Home Office enforcement action led to 3000 care workers risking deportation. congress.tuc.org.uk/motion-05-mi...

When a company's visa sponsor licence is revoked, the Home Office writes to workers & gives them 60 days to find another sponsor or leave the country. This stops workers from reporting abuses because they rightly fear they will suffer the consequences. www.thebureauinvestigates.com/stories/2024...
