My Mum’s Home STOLEN: Update : likely to have been initially stolen on MONDAY afternoon from Sandwich Road and driven towards the river, pulled by a dark/black 4WD and a grey van following behind. Tiny Home spotted on side of the road in Opawa area, with tyres being pumped up on Monday about 4pm. One female and two males who were cagey about being spoken to on Wilson’s Road. With a heavy heart I am seeking information on a Tiny Home stolen from our family property in Beckenham, Christchurch Monday 30 Sep. A huge job to have moved this - they removed 6m of fence and must have had a reasonable vehicle for towing, and a number of people involved. It’s incredibly sentimental to me, as it was my mum’s home for years before she went into dementia care. It contains special items such as my mum’s artwork, and other Finnish things special to me. It was a home. Please watch out for me, if you are in the Chch area. They have had 5 days to make it look very different
