I find it difficult to believe ANY mask ban will stand up in court. Too many people these days have various reasons to be imuno-compromised. (Long Covid being one of the best & most recent NEW reasons.) There would be scores of immunologists& other doctors willing to stand up in court about this.

They’ll say there are health exceptions which of course is unenforceable and not enough because everyone should have the right to protect themselves from this virus, smog, surveillance etc. I don’t trust the courts
