My therapist has been giving me art-related/creative “homework” assignments and I really been feeling them for many reasons. Getting real kinetic and physical with acrylics and it feels good man 🎨🖌️

Yeah, that's a mood. That's also just an amazing piece of art too. Really hope you're getting the help you need from all this though.
