I’m guessing he also still hasn’t learned that the “McKinley Tariff” wasn’t signed into law by a PRESIDENT McKinley.
I'm pretty sure he still thinks tarifs are the equivalent of a country paying protection money to the mob and not a massive tax on the populace.
