Tarte tatin... Pomme Granny Smith, vanille, caramel au beurre salé, pâte à foncer parfumée à la cannelle. #patisserie

Tarte tatin... C'est une tarte cuite au four et à l'envers. Avant la cuisson au four, il est nécessaire de faire le caramel dans le plat, pour ma part j'utilise un plat en inox épais, puis y ajouter les pommes avant d'étaler la pâte crue.
