I wrote (super badly) about Good Omens when I went to library school 30 years ago... this sounds like the kind of thing I was TRYING to write but wasn't smart enough to write, haha.
...shortly after that I decided analyzing literature wasn't really my thing, and specialized in music, databases and World Wide Web.
