I am out of steam for now, but you're also going to want to learn about and look out for signs of mast cell misbehaviour (whether it rises to the level of MCAS or not). Will post a resource about that later.
Dysautonomia, which includes POTS, is often treated by high levels of fluids and salt. However, the salt is contraindicated if you have hypertension, and covid commonly sets off hypertension. So keep an eye on your blood pressure and take this carefully.
