Khachapuri (a Georgian staple recipe) is a warm yeast bread recipe stuffed with 3 cheeses and a runny egg plopped in the center of all that cheesy goodness.

I had it once at a pizza place near my old house. It was a special right before Covid and every time I checked back they didn't have it 😭
