Pushed myself hard today, broke 2 PRs, went up con cable curl, to 10 reps at 62.3kg (2 hands), and on Dumbbell curls, to 11 reps at 20kg (1 hand). Was a bit low since I've plateau'd my weightloss, so had to push myself for motivation. #weightlossjourney#weightloss#gymmotivation#gymlife
