There is ONE highway connecting Yellowknife to lower-down Canada. ONE. And it is basically empty for like, 400km at a go. Except for bison, but the bison do not have gasoline or Big Gulps on them, because they are bison
Yes—using the he map at firesmoke.ca and following the highway out shows how the route is blocked my even larger fires.
