Also, refine the sketch you drew without reference by using reference, then draw it again from memory. 🤔 I think that makes sense.

What I do myself and what I was teaching students for an online class is; Draw an animal with reference then again without reference. Then draw a creature using that animal as a base. It’s just a form of learning anatomy and improving memory.
