Yeah. Anything that only comes in a flimsy cardboard box I'm fine just having loose. The only boxed game I have is Clock Tower, and I got that at a con about 10 years ago.
An acquaince of mine sells Wonderswan games with the roms with English fan translations. He sold a cart of the Battle Network Wonderswan game in English for a while
It also helps that I don't care about games being in boxes
