I really want to stress that we don't actually know if the Spider-Man tease from today is the same as the Marvel set that's coming out next year. It's entirely possible it is, but it's just as possible it's a tease for another set of SLD. Also, we don't know the Marvel set will be Modern legal.
(My speculation is that the 2025 set will be a Commander focused, draftable set like Baulder's Gate was). 4. There is a panel next Friday at MagicCon where we'll find out information about the next ~2 years of Magic sets, similar to last year's GenCon panel. 5. End of list.
Here is what we know so far about Marvel and Magic: The Gathering: 1. November 4th will see a SLD with all the cards revealed today. 2. There will be Spider-Man cards in 2025. This may be another SLD. 3. There will be a draftable Marvel set in 2025. No word on format legality.
