I bought them for concerts and like them. I wear them 2-3 times a month. I’ve also had moderately expensive ones that you heat up and form to the shape of your ear, but I found it blocked the wrong sounds, and were not consistent. Possibly user error. Loops are the best out of what I’ve tried.
