It's sometimes surreal to think that I've been a social worker for 16 years, and through that time I've developed skills that I know can help others. When considering the name for my business I knew that I'd be taking perspective with me again, and what better approach than a mindful one?
There's a balance in learning from the past without dwelling on it, living in the present without avoiding it, and looking to the future without stressing about it.
I've always considered life to be chapters in a larger book. One of the most influential chapters for me has been "Perspective". Like many of you, I've had some pretty wonderful experiences, and some that were not so wonderful.
