Sigh. Important things to do today and stressful train journeys so of course my brain was wide awake at 5am…. Why do our bodies sabotage us like this??

I was wondering why I felt so productive today then I realised that I forgot to open Outlook this morning…. Not opening my inbox till lunchtime could be my new strategy!

Ouch! The number of kids bringing the wrong coat/rucksack home is going to be immense… I know what they’re trying to do but let’s face it, bullies will target people regardless!

We’re relieved our daughter’s new primary uniform is “dark bottom half/dress and black shoes, cobalt blue jumper (logo optional), yellow polo shirt”. No gender restrictions. They seem weirdly picky about the hair but the clothes are good!

Well it’s a good job I had already booked to WFH today for NAG job - I’m utterly sneezing my head off with an endless tickle in one nostril… I’m already fully antihistamined and steroid nasal spray done so this is going to be a fun day’s work…. 🤧

I think go as long as you’re willing to wear a proper FFP2/3 mask all day. There will be other people there who are positive and don’t even know - numbers are really high at the moment. The lateral flows are only about 33% accurate apparently so no guarantees without a PCR though.
