Despite women making up 50% of incoming law school classes, a significant & persistent gender gap exists as women become more senior. Consistent w the UN theme for this year’s IWD, we in the progressive legal community must invest in women to accelerate progress in elimination of gender-imbalances.

While Int'l Women’s Day offers an opportunity to reflect on the progress we have made towards a more equitable future for women, we must acknowledge the long road ahead and seize opportunities to invest in women. 1/4
