Talked to my shrink today. They don't have any personal connections in CT but suggested starting w Yale Medical School where you can often get a training therapist who is overseen by a senior clinician which, as they described it, is a great bargain. (Unclear if you're near New Haven.) 1/2

As we talked my shrink remembered a contact at McLean Hosp w much exp in treating PTSD. They will email & see if he has contacts/reccs in the CT. If connecting virtually is there a prob w out-of-state? Insurance maybe? (Sry, I'm clueless abt that.) Anyhow, will get back to you when I hear. 😊 2/2
