A small update / correction. San Francisco is definitely NOT an outlier in the number of boards and commissions - that's actually a low number of boards 🙃 (For example, Indianapolis has a very similar number of board positions to SF)

I don't think it's necessarily saying it's an outlier; I think it's saying it's a a lot of boards/commission seats in relation to the available seats one step in power.
