1/ Prosecutors across Bosnia and Herzegovina are facing overwhelming challenges in addressing war crimes cases transferred from the State Court under the Revised Strategy for War Crimes Cases. Most cases lack sufficient evidence, identified perpetrators, or accessible witnesses.

2/ Over 200 cases were transferred to cantonal and district courts, many of which have unidentified perpetrators. In Central Bosnia Canton, only 6 out of 80 cases with unknown perpetrators have been resolved in the past three years.
