Last year we launched lunch time clubs and it was a bit of a flop. Only 200 students out of 1000 ish Ss accessed them. Today we launched after school extra curricular. Over 30 clubs over a 2 week cycle. Slowly but surely setting up each aspect of PD. #personaldevelopment#PD

I moved from Bristol to Tutbury. Unpacked over the weekend. Started new job on the Monday and on the Friday was on a train down to researchED. I was like a zombie on the Saturday 🤣
