Okay, so the pdf I have apparently has bad reviews. The website has definitely helped me though, so here's that: gameprogrammingpatterns.com It doesn't really touch code except in theory and definition, but that helped to get a base level for me to work from in a way.

If you need, I've got a couple websites (Well, one website and a link to a pdf) for coding practices; they kinda helped me get into a better headspace for the last jam I was in.
