I appeared on an episode of The Kudlow Report on CNBC with Rich Lowry about a decade ago (2013) when he was flacking his (entirely forgettable) book on Lincoln. If Mr. Lowry were twice as smart as he actually is, he would still only be half as smart as he thinks he is.
