Amazing. 100% cannot condemn.
Any FF fans out there looking to delve a bit deeper into the lore of the games? ‘Norse Myths That Inspired Final Fantasy VII' is available worldwide, but here are a few common Amazon links (includes Audible): US - amazon.com/dp/B08LDT6FP4amazon.co.uk/dp/B08LDT6FP4amazon.ca/dp/B08LDT6FP4
While introduced in FFVII, the Remake games closely link Tifa with lunar symbolism, such as her Crescent Moon Charm or naming her mom Thea. In Greek mythology, Thea is mother of the Moon, Selene, from which the name Selena derives. Selena, in Rebirth, is the Nibel region chocobo.
In Final Fantasy XVI, the Mothercrystals are named after body parts of a legendary dragon called the First Wyrm. The primordial mother goddess in Babylonian myth is Tiamat, who takes a draconic form and whose corpse shapes the known world. Tiamat is a common dragon name in FF.
This is a truly incredible edit of Cloud's journey up through Rebirth so far. It really captures so many of the parallels that help make this trilogy feel so layered. Genuinely fantastic editing, music, and dialogue splicing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxqN...
